My baby is growing up! She had her very first tooth today. She's 5 days shy of 5 months so I wasn't expecting it for awhile. She didn't fuss or anything. I was wiping her mouth and there it was.
Now if only the drooling would stop. They actually have requested that I bring her into daycare wearing bibs the past few weeks. She just drools and drools and drools.
Jodi suggested aquaphor to keep her skin from chapping, and I have to give her props that stuff really works. I put it on those little cuts from her razor sharp nails too! It's impossible to file or clip her nails she squirms and will wake if I try when she's sleeping.
You'll also notice we have a little stander. She has loved to stand since she was like a month old. I put her up against our leather Ottoman or chair and she'd just stand there. Now she's standing all the time and loving it!
She's developed a wonderful sense of humor is always laughing and smiling. She really likes it when Michael play ah-boo! She also loves her Myia. She says Myia very consistently, even more so than mama and dada!
