The Perfect Print

Cadence wore this outfit for her 6 month professional pictures and it was beautiful in black and white. I love to take to pictures, but need to spend the time to learn more. I also really need a better portrait lens! Cadence had her picture done at http://StorybookPhotography.com and the pictures are amazing! The one you see here I took and it's not bad if I do say so myself :)

It's Easter

Our first Easter with Cadence. Grandma Law bought Cadence the cutest little fairy dress that she had to wear for Easter. She even got the curtsey down pat. Robin and Jonathan hosted this year.


I have a feeling that next Easter we'll have a few more little ones running around! Harvey I might say is like a child, but really he's more of a horse. Although he's getting a bit clamer in his older age.

I'm a little Ducky!

Love this ducky costume. She got it from Grandma Cindy for her baby shower. Of course she was still way too small at Halloween to wear it. She looks oh so cute I think I'll put her in it for Easter! Love the push up she's doing :)

Look I'm Standing!

Cadence has been able to stand against the leather Ottoman and couches since she was literally a month old. She's had freakish leg strength. Well today at eight months she can stand for a fleeting second without holding on to anything! She did in this picture then rested against the crib. She's cruising happily of course but unaided standing is new!

Heidi is Having a Girl!

Heidi and Nate are our good friends that we've had since Michael was in med school. They actually come with Josh too! They are another example of those people that you meet in life that you know you'll be friends forever. They've lived away from Michigan for 5 and a half years now and somehow we've still managed to keep in touch and see each other in person at least once a year.


Today was Heidi's babyshower. It was so nice, the food was amazing and the decorations were super cute. Cadence loved all the people, she got so spoiled because it was a room full of people who love babies.

Heidi looks amazing pregnant. Although my favorite pic is her with the crab book! Wouldn't it be cool if their little girl has auburn hair with Heidi's skin tone!

Even Bluer!

Ok I think they got even bluer! She must of gotten them from Grandpa Leon cause he's the closest blue eye in our gene pool :)
