Our New Red Car

For Christmas we received this fun USA made red car. I have since discovered that Cadence loves to ride in it and I can talk for an hour or more on the phone while pushing her around and she's completely happy. Sometimes you need that mommy time!

Michigan Radiology Rocks

As you may know Michael's 5 and a half months from completing his Radiology Residency at UofM!!! We are very excited. He still has a year fellowship after that, then it's time to make some bank and pay off those massive student loans.

Sixth Month Misc

This month of Cadence's life has been crazy busy and crazy fun! I can't believe she's already 6 months today. Michael and I have always enjoyed life and that hasn't changed since Cadence came along. We are always on the go and she loves to tag along. Exposing her to new experiences and new people since the day she was born has helped her become a social outgoing little baby. Of course she still has her moments, but she is a itty baby after all!

Michael and I are ready for another baby already! Cadence is still nursing so I think mother nature will help with the spacing. Ideally I'd like another baby when Cadence is two years old.

Cadence's First Haircut

Cadence started life like a tiny balding mad. Longer hair all on the sides and hardly anything on top. Then after a few months some of the long stuff fell out and the top has grown in nicely. Well some of the long stuff stayed and it looks really out of place with all the short new hair so we decided today is a new year and she needs her first haircut. Good thing Grandma Cindy is so good with her clippers, Cadence didn't mind the cut at all. She looks fab now!
